- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ white onion, sliced
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- ⅝ cup beef broth
- 1¼ cup water
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- Add oil to skillet over medium-high heat and add onions and scallion. Cook until onions become translucent. Then toss in the garlic and cook a little more before lowering the heat.
- Add mushrooms. Cook for around a minute before adding beef broth and water. Add soy sauce then season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with additional scallion before serving. Enjoy!
