Korean Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir-Fry Recipe

Tantalize your taste buds with this Korean Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir-Fry that's simple to whip up and tastes exceptional!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 oz extra-firm tofu, pat dry and cut into cubes
  • 8 oz pork belly, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups kimchi
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a skillet over high heat. Add tofu and cook for a few minutes until golden brown on all sides. Set aside.
  2. Add pork belly to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until crispy and slightly caramelized.
  3. Add kimchi, onions, and sugar to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Add gochujang, tofu, and green onions. Toss for about a minute to combine everything well.
  4. Serve with white rice and enjoy!
