- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 oz extra-firm tofu, pat dry and cut into cubes
- 8 oz pork belly, sliced thinly
- 2 cups kimchi
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Add oil to a skillet over high heat. Add tofu and cook for a few minutes until golden brown on all sides. Set aside.
- Add pork belly to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until crispy and slightly caramelized.
- Add kimchi, onions, and sugar to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Add gochujang, tofu, and green onions. Toss for about a minute to combine everything well.
- Serve with white rice and enjoy!
